What is your return policy?
It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. Please don’t hesitate to contact us prior to your purchase with as many questions or concerns you may have.

Fabrics and trims that are cut or sent can not be returned or exchanged. Please double check your measurements, as these sales are final.

Quilts or other items: If you have concerns after receiving your item please let me know within 14 days of delivery of your purchase. The item must be returned in brand new, unused condition. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are not refunded and a restocking fee of 15% applies.

Please note that Quilts which are cut, washed, altered or returned in an un-sellable condition are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Un-sellable condition is described as, but not limited to: dirty, contaminated with animal or human hair, exude a smell of smoke or other pungent odor. If a returned item arrives in un-sellable condition, without an authorized exception, the refund will not be processed, and we will notify you by email.

Items shipped internationally are not eligible for a refund.

Use any major Credit or Debit card, or a PayPal account.
Secure processing provided by the PayPal Merchant System.

To pay with a credit card, look for this option:

After you complete your payment information, you will be emailed a detailed receipt. Please check your email!

No personal checks please.

Missouri residents only: We are required to collect applicable sales tax on all sales shipped to addresses within the state of Missouri.

Other states may be added once certain requirements are met.

Do you cut fabric in other increments?
Yes, we will cut 1/2 yards and 1/4 yards.

Do you have a catalog that can be mailed out?
No, we are only an online store at this time. If you subscribe to our newsletter you will be informed of new items being added to the website.

How do I use a coupon code?
If you have a coupon code, enter it on the view cart page before checking out.

Only one coupon per checkout.

Do you drop ship or can I pick at your shop?
No, both of these options are not available.
